Bold Idea is an education non-profit organization that helps north Texas students discover computer science and prepare for careers in technology and engineering.
Students learn computer science and 21st century skills with hands-on computing projects and supportive mentors. Through our corporate and community partnerships, we are creating more equitable access to computer science education.
Register today for Demo Day Spring 2019. Students will demo their coding projects to family, mentors and the community. This semester, we are scheduling individual events for each of our program sites.

Help Dallas Students Discover Computer Science
As engineers and computer programmers ourselves, we understand how support from a mentor and hands-on experience can build confidence in computer science. In 2018, Bold Idea mentored 150 young students, who created their own websites, 3D games and mobile apps.
Help us grow our impact in 2019. Please consider a contribution.
The spring 2019 semester is underway! Registration is closed until the fall semester, which begins in September. Sign up for our mailing list to be notified when registration opens for the fall!
