Meet Yasmine: A Future Veterinarian Who Codes
Yasmine, a 4th grader at Mark Twain School for the Talented & Gifted, first discovered coding in 3rd grade. Now a member of Bold Idea’s Coding Club, she’s building her skills — and having fun along the way!
So, what keeps her coming back?
💡 “I love coding. It’s fun, it teaches me new stuff, and I learn interesting things — like designing animations.”
Yasmine’s next goal? Creating her own version of Flappy Bird! With the support of her mentors, she’s learning how to think creatively and solve problems—skills that will come in handy for her future career as a veterinarian.
🐾 “I’ll need coding,” she says, proving that technology is shaping all kinds of future careers.
Her advice to other students? “It’s fun, you should give it a try!”
We couldn’t agree more! Keep coding, Yasmine — you’re going to do amazing things. 🚀✨ #FutureCoder #BoldIdea #STEMEducation
