Joshua Boyce
Joshua Boyce is a mission-driven leader dedicated to advancing equitable pathways to education, employment, and personal growth. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Tennessee State University.
Joshua began his career as a trauma therapist, working with at-risk youth to build resilience, restore confidence, and foster emotional well-being. His deep commitment to youth development led him to Café Momentum, where he discovered his passion for workforce and leadership development. As Programs Case Manager, he authored The Common Experience—a 175-page life-skills curriculum that became the foundation of the organization’s 12-month job-readiness program, equipping justice-involved youth with the tools to reimagine their futures and thrive in both life and work.
Since then, Joshua has served in key leadership roles with Generation, a global workforce development nonprofit, and Per Scholas, a national organization focused on advancing economic equity through technology training and career access. Across these organizations, he has led strategic partnerships, talent development initiatives, and workforce pipelines that have empowered more than 1,500 North Texans to achieve economic mobility.
A visionary and people-centered executive, Joshua is known for bridging systems to create sustainable impact—aligning education, employers, and community resources to drive opportunity at scale. Outside of his professional life, Joshua enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, finding joy and balance in meaningful connection.
