What is the hexagon Club?
The Bold Idea Hexagon Club is a leadership group made up of professionals between the ages of 25 and 40 years old who are rising leaders across a range of industries. Our Vision is to empower and mobilize young professionals to produce visible and lasting impact designed to advance the vision and mission of Bold Idea.
Purpose
The Hexagon Club is an effective engagement tool to ultimately ensure the ongoing success and longevity of the organization. Bold Idea seeks to build its The Hexagon Club to:
Cultivate a pipeline of future leaders and donors: Create a path for passionate and enthusiastic mentors and volunteers to grow alongside Bold Idea as they progress in their careers.
Building community around Bold Idea’s mission: Members will raise awareness among their peers to spread Bold Idea’s mission among an untapped audience.
Expand resources, human capital and ideation: The Hexagon Club will help support Bold Idea Leadership with strategic initiatives, membership recruitment, and fundraising.

Networking and Social
Members will meet and work with local businesses and organization partnerships.
Members have an avenue to volunteer beyond mentoring. Members will be involved in organizing events, group elections, and fundraising.
Members will have the opportunity to learn professional skills and grow within the organization to become a future member of the board of directors.
member Expectations
Members of the The Hexagon Club are expected to meet certain minimum criteria to adhere to the goals of the group.
Financial Commitment: Board members will consider Bold Idea a philanthropic priority and make annual gifts that reflect that priority. So that Bold Idea can credibly solicit contributions from foundations, organizations and individuals, Bold Idea requires that 100 percent of members make an annual contribution that is commensurate with their capacity. The minimum annual donation is $300 per member.
Time Commitment / Participation: Members are expected to attend 25% of meetings, at least one networking event per year and participate in one planning committee.
Support Annual Celebration: Members will need to assist Bold Idea with setup, cleanup, service, etc.
Bold Idea Volunteer Agreement: Members are considered to be a Bold Idea volunteer and are expected to adhere to the requirements set forth by Bold Idea
